From humble beginnings as a busboy during my hotel management training, I worked my way through every level of the hospitality industry. My journey is a testament to perseverance, focus, and the power of a determined mindset.
Recognized as a hands-on executive with a strategic approach, I have spent more than 25 years delivering results for hotel owners, business partners, and the many foundations and committees I proudly serve.
Over the course of my career, I have:
- Served on leading hospitality, travel, and tourism boards
- Opened and managed world-class five-star hotels and expanded into the luxury cruise industry
- Built and led a respected hotel management company
- Owned and operated hotels across diverse markets
- Founded LendingCon, a premier investment, development, and lending conference that has united the financing and hospitality industries like never before.
A passionate advocate for the hospitality sector, my commitment extends beyond business. Through community leadership, collaboration with local government, and involvement in regional and national forums, I work tirelessly to shape policies, support small businesses, and mentor the next generation of leaders.
